The delivery time for your order depends on the type of product chosen. For custom-made items, processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the creation. Conversely, standard products are generally shipped faster. In all cases, all our products are shipped from Vietnam. Depending on the destination and shipping method, delivery can take between 7 and 21 business days after shipment, excluding any delays related to manufacturing or customs clearance. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped so you can track its progress in real time.

All our products are handmade in Vietnam, in the craft village of Bao La. This village is renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship, passed down from generation to generation for nearly 600 years. Our artisans passionately and meticulously perpetuate traditional techniques, guaranteeing the quality and authenticity of each piece we offer.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size of the item, and the destination. You will always know the exact shipping cost before finalizing your payment. Plus, shipping is free for all orders over 100 euros.
